Server Downtime - if our server uptime goes below 98% on a given server, for a given month, you will get a 10% discount on your next month's bill. If it goes below 95%, you will get 50% off the next month's bill. If it goes below 93%, you will recieve 1 month free.
Technical Errors - if we have an error on our service that is not planned, that lasts over 2 hours, you will recieve 1 full month of free service credited to your account. You must put in a support ticket with 24 hours of this downtime in order to recieve the credit.
Advanced Payment - if you pay months in advance, you are entitled to a refund for the months not used. Ex. you buy 6 months of service, & cancel the 3rd month. The 4th, 5th, & 6th months will be refunded.
Anything else related to an issue on our end is also entitled to a refund.
Virtual Life Stream will not issue refunds under the following terms.
Cancellations - we do not give refunds due to 'unhappiness' of service. We offer a 30-day trial to show our customers what you will get & this is a lot more that some companies do.
"Accidentally" Bought Service - Before paying for our service, you are given multiple opportunities to cancel your order, before the payment is requested.
Anything along these lines will not be refunded, but may be considered for a Virtual Life Stream Account Credit upon support ticket request.
